    Product Description

    • Type Name: TB TYPE
    • Purpose: Designed for steel rotating shafts or cast iron pool holes

    TB type oil seal has the following features:


    Double lip design: there are main lip and secondary lip, the main lip prevents lubricant leakage and the secondary lip prevents dirt and other contaminants from entering the system.


    One spring: spring is mounted inside to ensure stable sealing performance.


    Peripheral Iron Shell: Adopting peripheral iron shell design, good rigidity, easy to install, safe to use, accurate positioning, high coaxiality, good heat conduction and dissipation, saving rubber.


    Low coefficient of friction: Low coefficient of friction during operation reduces the wear and tear on the shaft, reduces the energy consumption of the equipment, and helps to improve the operating efficiency and service life of the equipment.


    Applicable to a variety of materials: can be made of a variety of rubber materials, such as nitrile rubber (NBR), with oil resistance, abrasion resistance, strong sealing performance. Fluorine rubber (FKM), oil resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life, can adapt to different working environments and media requirements.
